Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities
This company is excited to be working with their Client who provides a specialist call answering and handling service to medium and large businesses, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Every day their client helps businesses stay connected with their customers and stands proud of the strong relationships they have built up over the past 17 years.

Due to its continued success, the Customer Service Centre in Cosham is growing, and they are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join their busy friendly team.

Dealing with inbound calls, you will listen and respond to customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner.

It’s important that you have excellent communication skills with as great attention to detail. You will need to be computer literate and ideally, have previous experience of working in a customer service environment.

The Company can offer a range of flexible working patterns over a 24 hour period to help you achieve a balance between your home and working life.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure that you succeed in this rewarding role.

Rates of pay are compliant with the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage.
